Good Afternoon FITera friends,

Well since I last posted I've been dealing with a slight set back. After all my bike riding I aggravated my artificial hips and went stagnant for about 30 days losing all control and putting on some serious weight. shame on me. So at the end of september I embarked on the FITERA plan utilizing Pam's expertise and logging my meals and started a walking program to help get hips back in motion. One day at a time. 

So as of today I've come down from 215 to 180, Five months of slow permanent loss. My goal is to eventually attain 160 -165.  Maybe then I'll catch a glimpse of those abs that have been missing for so many years.
