I am nearing the end of my 6 month challenge. Just 9.5 pounds to go to fulfill my goal for weight loss and really 4.5 pounds to have lost 25 pounds. I am elated. I appreciate everything being very easy to learn from. To prep for meals is awesome. I could take more water in the day but I stick to 60 to 64 oz a day. Tell you what that is far better than I used to drink. I do find myself eating small mini candy bars. Mostly because I know how I get if I don't have something like that. I literally pig out when I reach a certain goal so I want to make sure my body knows we are ok with what we are doing. Of course the speed of weight loss will be slowed down. I desire to concentrate for 10 days to stay away from refined sugar and eat 5 meals a day instead of 3 or 4 and try not to eat so late. I will know I can accomplish this with such an awesome community that we have through Fitera. Thanks Again!
