Hello to all.  I'm Stef and just joined this community.  I'm looking forward to the coaching with Pam and having someone to help me be and stay accountable.  The food preparation bit will be a  challenge since I often mooch or do take out.  

Overall, I need to lose weight and help reduce the pressure on my joints.  My other hip is starting to have arthritic issues and my lower back is acting up too.  I know that losing the excess weight and strengthening my muscles can only help mitigate this daily suffering. And of course the added quality of life that will result from increased confidence and self respect.  

Thank you for the supports.  Now I need the gumption to take control.
