Getting Started


Thank you for registering for the FITera community site! You’ll begin receiving emails from me with valuable content, free gifts, and the latest reliable research on fat loss. Be sure to add my email (chadtackett@fitera.com) to your contact list so you receive these important emails. If you're not sure how to do this, click here.

Now, to get started on the program, please follow the 5 steps below. For future reference, you can find this page by clicking your username in the top right corner and then clicking the "Getting Started" link. If at any time you have questions or concerns, you can simply reply to one of my upcoming emails or send me a new message at chadtackett@fitera.com.

Step 1. Download your products on the “My Purchases” page

To access the "My Purchases” page, click your username in the top right corner for a drop-down menu, and then click “My purchases”. This is where you’ll find the products you’ve purchased, or products you might want to consider purchasing for the best possible results in the shortest amount of time.

Step 2. Set your weight loss goal using our Goal Planner

Above in the left-hand column, click “My Goals” and then the blue “Add a goal” button and follow the steps to setting your goals. Use this Goal Planner to stay motivated, focused, and right on track to reaching your goals.

Step 3. Benefit from community support and encouragement

The following will help keep you motivated while you’re just starting out:

  1. Create a new blog post to receive prompt feedback and personal support. Simply click "Community” above in the left-side column and then click “Post a new blog” to introduce yourself, ask questions, and update us on your progress.
  2. Participate in our Weekly Challenges. Every Sunday morning we announce a new fat loss strategy to focus on for the week. It’s fun, motivating, and you’ll receive lots of encouragement from others. You’ll find details of the weekly challenges on the Community page, as well as your Dashboard.
  3. Enter our 12-week "most improved fat loss contest" for a chance at a 7-night vacation in beautiful Loreto, Mexico for you and 5 friends! You’ll find all the details linked on the Community page or simply click here.

Step 4. Begin using our Meal Planner

Before you begin using our Meal Planner, we strongly recommend reading the Nutrition section of the Fast Track to Fat Loss program so you have a clear understanding of what foods to eat, when to eat them, and how much. You can enrol in the Fast Track to Fat Loss program here.

To begin using our Meal Planner, just click “My Meals” above in the left-side column and then save your “Meal Settings” to get started!

Step 5. Try the FITera Workout Videos

Click “My Workouts” above in the left-side column and then just press play and follow along. These workout videos are tailored to your fitness level, as well as the time and equipment you have available. And they’re extremely effective for losing fat and getting fit!
