Preheat the oven to 220°C (425 F).
Lightly spray a roasting pan with no-stick cooking spray. Arrange the fillets on the prepared pan.
In a small bowl, combine the ginger, red chile, and green onions. Drizzle the fillets with lime juice, then sprinkle with the ginger mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Roast the fillets for 10 to 15 minutes, or cooked through.
