This dip offers a great way to add protein and healthy fat to your veggies as a dip.
• 1 cup greek yogurt
• 2 teaspoons dried parsley
• 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
Also try adding a tablespoon of hummus and mixing well for a little variety.
1. Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl until combined.
