This dessert recipe has a good balance of protein, healthy fat, and natural carbs!
2 tbsp honey
14 oz. coconut or almond milk
4 egg yolks
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
6 tbsp chia seeds
FitFreeze works really well as the protein powder in this recipe!
1. Combine the honey, coconut milk, egg yolks, protein powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a pot. Heat on low, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens (about 3 minutes).
2. Turn off the heat and add the chia seeds. Stir very well.
3. Allow to sit for at least an hour, before serving. Enjoy!
