1 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup protein powder
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup raw honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/4 cups almond or coconut milk
1 egg, whisked
