1 cup oat flour
1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal, uncooked
2 large scoops vanilla-flavored protein powder
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon each of salt and nutmeg
1 cup pureed cooked carrots (or carrot babyfood)
3/4 cup Stevia all-natural sweetener
3 egg whites
1/2 cup lowfat ricotta cheese
