This recipe offers the right balance of protein, the right kind of carbs, and healthy fat!
· 2 scoops chocolate or vanilla protein powder
· 1/2 cup oats
· 1/3 cup almond flour
· 2 ripe bananas, mashed
· 2 eggs
· 2 tbsp greek yogurt
· 1 teaspoon baking soda
· 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instead of almond flour, you can use coconut flour!
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and then mix dry ingredients in a medium size bowl. Add bananas, the egg, and greek yogurt, and mix well.
2. Spray a bread pan (or muffin tin) with nonstick spray, then pour mixture into the pan.
3. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Enjoy!
